Consultancy
GarudaVolt Consulting is a full advisory practice — four divisions covering technical, strategic, financial, and capability-building needs. Standalone engagements. Independent advice. No obligation to buy anything else.
Our Advisory Philosophy
GarudaVolt Consulting operates as a full, independent advisory practice. Our advice is grounded in the same technical depth that underpins our manufacturing and integration work — but you do not need to be a manufacturing or integration customer to engage us.
We cover four areas: technical advisory, strategy and market intelligence, investor and lender due diligence, and training. Engagements are project-based, retainer, or workshop format — whichever fits your need.
"GarudaVolt Consulting operates independently of our product and integration business. If an engagement leads naturally to a deployment or supply project, we will tell you honestly. If it doesn't, we will tell you that too."
Advice grounded in electrochemistry, systems engineering, and real project experience — not desk research.
Deep knowledge of Indian regulatory, tariff, and supply chain realities. Combined with global technology and market intelligence.
Every engagement ends with something tangible — a report, a recommendation, a decision framework, a trained team.
We disclose any potential overlap with our own product or integration interests upfront. You always know where we stand.
Four Divisions
Four distinct practices, each with its own client base, deliverables, and engagement model. All backed by the same engineering team.
Feasibility studies, technology selection, vendor due diligence, system design review, and certification navigation. For customers who want GarudaVolt's engineering expertise on a specific technical question — without committing to a full deployment.
Multi-year energy storage strategy, market entry advisory for India and the US, policy landscape briefings, and competitive intelligence. For organisations making investment or market decisions that require more than a technical answer.
Independent technical review, project due diligence, technology risk assessment, and performance guarantee review. For the financial side of the BESS ecosystem — lenders, investors, and insurers who need independent technical assurance.
Structured workshops and custom training programmes for engineering teams, operations staff, and corporate learning functions. From BESS fundamentals to advanced battery pack design and BMS firmware — delivered on-site or remotely.

Our Process
A 30–45 minute call or meeting to understand your question, your context, and what a useful output looks like. We will tell you upfront if we are the right fit — or point you elsewhere if we are not.
We define the exact scope of work, deliverables, timeline, and fee. For project-based engagements this is a fixed-price proposal. For retainers, a monthly scope document. For workshops, a programme outline.
We work to the agreed scope and timeline. You have direct access to the consultant responsible — not a junior team passing work up a chain. Regular progress updates for longer engagements.
Every engagement closes with the agreed deliverable — report, recommendation deck, trained team, or decision framework — plus a debrief session to ensure you can act on what we have produced.
Some engagements lead naturally to a GarudaVolt deployment or supply project. Others are complete in themselves. Either outcome is fine. We will tell you honestly if we see a natural next step — and equally honestly if we do not.
